I have been a teacher for over 30 years and for more than 20 of these, I have helped my students with their choices of careers after their time at school. For the past 12 years I have been fortunate enough to be head of a large sixth form, working with students aged 16 to 19 years. It is always interesting to watch students mature and make choices about their careers and it is a privilege to be a part of that process. Most of my students chose to go to university to continue their education and last year alone, I personally checked over 130 university applications and wrote the references for just over half of these students.
Each year has seen an increase in the number of students applying to university and so there is more competition for places. This means that it is vitally important to select appropriate universities and courses and to ensure that your application form is completed accurately and that your personal statement captures the interest of the admissions' tutors so they will make you an offer of a place.
The whole process of applying to university needs careful research and consideration and it can take a while to narrow down the choices so that your selection is both ambitious and realistic.
The application form needs to be completed without any mistakes and with a personal statement that gets you noticed.
I would be delighted to work with you and help you with your application. Just get in touch.
