WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT OF ME

If I ever need to change or cancel your lessons:

I will tell you as soon as possible.

I will only cancel in the case of genuine emergency or breakdown.

I will try to offer you a lesson as soon as possible to suit you.

If I am going to be more than 15 minutes late, I will text or call you so you know what is happening.

Things don’t always run to plan but I try my best to make it run as smoothly as possible.

All driving instructors must abide by the Driving Standards Agency’s “Instructor’s code of practice”.
Over and above this standard, I will:

Provide a car that has never had anyone smoke in for your lessons.
Never take or make phone calls during lessons.
Never make promises I cannot keep.
Always keep you up to date on your progress.
Always ensure I have a modern, roadworthy car for your lessons.
Always attempt to contact you if I am running more than 15 minutes late.
Always answer your questions to the best of my ability.
Always structure your learning around your individual needs.

Remember, you are paying me - and for this you are getting the use of my car, and my expertise, never be afraid to make the full use of the service you are paying for.
