I Offer you

If I ever need to change or cancel your lessons:

I will tell you as soon as possible.

I will only cancel in the case of genuine emergency or breakdown.

I will try to offer you a lesson as soon as possible to suit you.

If I am going to be more than 15 minutes late, I will text or call you so you know what is happening.

Things don't always run to plan but I try my best to make it run as smoothly as possible.

All driving instructors must abide by the Driving Standards Agency's "Instructor's code of practice".
Over and above this standard, I will:

Provide a car that has never had anyone smoke in for your lessons.
Never take or make phone calls during lessons.
Never make promises I cannot keep.
Always keep you up to date on your progress.
Always ensure I have a modern, roadworthy car for your lessons.
Always attempt to contact you if I am running more than 15 minutes late.
Always answer your questions to the best of my ability.
Always structure your learning around your individual needs.

Remember, you are paying me - and for this you are getting the use of my car, and my expertise, never be afraid to make the full use of the service you are paying for. If there's anything you want to know, just ask.
